General

Participation in the prize draw is subject to the following terms and conditions.

How the prize draw works and how to enter

Several Max mascots are hidden in the Erwin Hymer Museum exhibition at the Kornhaus for the “Where is Max?” prize draw. Participants must find and count all the mascots and enter the total on their entry card. They then add their postal address and hand in the completed card at the ticket desk or exit.

The prize draw runs from November 2026 to April 2027. Each month, one winner is drawn from all submitted cards with the correct answer. Six Max keyrings will be awarded in total, one each month.

The closing date is the last day of each month. The draw takes place on the first day of the following month. Winners will be notified by post and will also receive their prize by post.

For participants under the age of 18, the contact details of a parent or legal guardian must be provided.

Entries may be submitted between 21 November 2026 and 30 April 2027.

The organiser reserves the right to end the prize draw, including any associated activities, at any time, without prior notice or giving reasons.

Entry is free.

Eligibility

Only individuals of legal age are eligible to participate. For participants under the age of 18, the contact details of a parent or guardian must be provided. The following persons are excluded from participation in the competition:

  • Employees of the organiser
  • Anyone involved, now or previously, in designing or implementing the prize draw

Each participant may register only once. Multiple registrations are prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude individual participants for justified reasons. These include in particular:

  • Failure to meet personal eligibility requirements
  • Manipulation or attempted manipulation relating to the prize draw
  • False or incomplete registration details
  • Any other breach of these terms and conditions
  • Other unfair practices connected with this prize draw

Prizes

Winners can receive the following prizes:

One of six Erwin Hymer Museum Max keyrings.

Winners are determined as follows:

Six Erwin Hymer Museum Max keyrings are awarded in total. From November 2026 to April 2027, one keyring is drawn each month from all participants with the correct answer.

All winners will be informed through an appropriate contact channel after the prize draw. If, following a corresponding request by the organiser, a winner does not respond within four weeks of being awarded the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. Winners may decline their prize.

If the prize is sent to a winner, the organiser pays the postage. Winners bear all other additional costs associated with claiming the prize, particularly any applicable tax, for which they are responsible.
