Visitors

Dear visitors,

the key information below will help you to plan your visit to our museum.

Allow plenty of time: our exhibition covers more than 6,000 m²! You should allow at least two hours for a tour of our exhibition. Our special events and activities have lots to offer and invite you to while away the hours. You could easily spend a whole day on your visit – we also have a restaurant and a shop!

With the exception of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the museum is open every day of the year.

We cater to the needs of all of our visitors! For kids of all ages, we have numerous interactive exhibits and activities, as well as vehicles for them to play in and a large outdoor area. Needless to say, baby changing facilities are also available.

Barrier-free: all of the visitor facilities in our museum are barrier-free for wheelchair users and can be accessed by pushchairs.

Dogs/pets: we ask for your understanding that no dogs/pets are allowed into the exhibition on conservational grounds. We have created an outdoor area where your four-legged friends can spend the day.

Photography: the exhibition offers lots of fantastic photo opportunities. Photographs may only be taken for personal use. The use of drones is not permitted anywhere on the museum premises.
